Beginning Windows© - Listen & Learn   This is a Juggler. He represents 'fun'. Learning the computer should be fun. If you're not having FUN yet, let the instructor know. Remember: 'THERE ARE NO DUMB QUESTIONS.'

Do you like those Productivity Tools we call computers?

Want to learn MORE about PC'S and the INTERNET?

LISTEN TO THE RADIO!!

ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY
Learning HOW to use a computer is like learning anything else. It's like:

  1. Learning to talk. The child learns to "jabber", then make "goo-goo noises", then speak in single words, then in a sentence, then in many sentences; then, by the time the kid's are three, you can't get them to be quiet.
  2. Learning to walk. "You've got to crawl, before you can walk, before you can run."
  3. Learning to read. You learn the alphabet … then the phonics … then the words. Then multiple words. Then sentences ... and paragraphs ... then a page ... then pages ... then your whole first Doctor Zeuss book.
  4. Starting school. You start in kindergarten and work your way up.
  5. Eating an elephant. You eat an elephant one bite at a time.

Learning to use a computer is the same thing!!
